Items from 200 euros are shipped free of charge throughout the Netherlands.

Returns
You can return the item within 7 days of purchase after consultation by email. Send an email to [email protected] with the reason why you want to return the product. The shipping costs are for the customer. We will then send you a returns form. We will deposit the money into your account number after approval. We do not accept returns on special orders!

If you want to return the item due to an error on our part, such as wrong color or size, you can send an email to [email protected]. If a product is broken, we ask you to take photos and send them in the email. You will then be sent the returns form. We will give you a new product or your money back, we will pay all shipping costs.

We provide a guarantee on all products. These are really factory defects. This does not include wear and tear and careless use. In that case, you can visit us or send us some photos of the product by email. Send your complaint to [email protected]
